Excellent dental care! Above & Beyond what you would normally experience. I have had many dentists over my lifetime, I am 62 and I always feel welcomed here, comfortable and the office is so very clean. Also never does Dr. Pong ever do any unnecessary dental work, he truly puts the patients needs above his own and I appreciate that. My dental hygienist Anna knows me on a personal level, she is funny and engaging and I truly feel relaxed and comfortable while she cleans my teeth. Also everyone at this office is very accommodating to every comfort level which tells me they truly care about you. From the moment you are welcomed by Diana at the front desk to the moment you leave, you will be satisfied and happy to return.

This dentist is simply a level above the rest. I went to two dentists who did not dare to extract my wisdom tooth and referred me to dental surgeon because it's close to a nerve bundle. Dr Poon, my last hope, saw the x-ray and was confident he could do it with aplomb. When I extracted my right wisdom tooth a decade ago, it was a horrible experience. That xxx used brute force the entire time and it took 3 days for the wound to heal. Dr poon approached my extraction like Picasso, taking out the top tooth in 30 seconds! The bottom tooth was more challenging but he never resorts to brute force. He drilled and attacked the tooth from multiple angles to minimize the wound. Even though there was a slight complication, he decided to take a X-ray in the middle of surgery and replanned his line of attack to extract it successfully. That xxx dentist who encountered the same complication just resorted to heavier tools that created such a big wound. I could eat properly after 6 hours after Dr poon but I can't eat until after 3 days with xxx dentist. If you are referred to dental surgeon, I strongly recommed you look for Dr poon and you end up saving and waiting less at the end.

This place is great, staff is very very welcoming, hard to find that now a days. Dr Pong is professional and his experience shows. If you are looking for a long term family dentist with absolutely great work this is it. Great crew of lovely people overall. I found them through Google and relied on great reviews other folks left.
